52 Temp to Perm means that among labor dispatch services, those that received the approval as both worker dispatch business and job placement business or submitted a notification to carry out or are scheduled to carry out job-placement activities for the purpose of setting up an employment relation between a dispatched worker and the firm to which the worker is dispatched. In Temp to Perm, during the period of worker dispatch firms supplied with dispatched temporary workers can ascertain whether a dispatched worker's capability to perform a task is suitable for direct employment and the worker can ascertain whether the job at the firm is suitable for himself/herself.
