33 Regarding Income Redistribution Survey, income of the year prior to the year when the survey was conducted was surveyed. For instance, in the case of the 2002 survey, income of 2001 was surveyed. Incidentally, in this section, the year when the survey was conducted was indicated in Income Redistribution Survey. Income Redistribution Survey is a survey conducted every three years, one conducted using Comprehensive Survey of Living Condition of the People on Health and Welfare as its base data.
