29 As the definition of "human potential," in Report of Human Potential Strategy Research Group (by Human Potential Strategy Research Group, April 2003) it was defined as "comprehensive capability to survive with strong sustaining power as one self-sustained individual at the same time of being a member of society and taking part in its operations," and that society is pointed out to have three aspects, i.e., "vocational life," "civil life" and "cultural life."
