20 According to the Survey on Employment Management, in both surveys in 2001 and 2004, firms replying that they might as well recruit freeters aged 30 years or older as regular employees accounted for only 5% of the firms surveyed. However, there was also 30%-plus of the firms replying that they had no age restriction for people aged under 35 years.
