4 According to the 2002 General Survey on Actual Conditions of Diversification in Employment Styles, 99.4% of regular employees, 82.7% of term-contracted workers, 87.9% of commissioned workers, and 83.6% of dispatched temporary workers worked for an average of 35 hours or more each week. At the same time, only 27.5% of part-time workers and 48.8% of temporarily hired persons worked in this way.
