48 These include, for example, projects which, in the opinion of the concerned ministry, administrative judgment/order or the exercise of public authority is applicable, such as window operations for notifications and approvals of employment insurance at Hello Work (approval of unemployment, etc., is applicable under administrative judgment/order), operations for supporting administrative work associated with collection of national taxes (e.g. attachment and public auction procedures), and those collection operations for national pension insurance premiums that are concerned with the attachment of property associated with dispositions for non-payment.
