46 Specifically, it was decided to reconstitute the system under two classifications of medical care: medical care for which introduction of insurance is under consideration (provisional name) (relating to medicines that are not approved in Japan such as anticancer drugs and to advanced technology), in which assessments for introducing insurance are performed, and medical care through approved patient selection (provisional name) (amenity beds, etc.) not based on introduction of insurance.
