36 Related bills are being prepared to abolish the Government Housing Loan Corporation in April 2007 and establish a new incorporated administrative agency. Previous loans are classified as a special account, and on the assumption of maximum self-help efforts such as abolition of direct investment, streamlining of the organization being taken by the private sector, the aim is to achieve early disposal through advanced redemption of fiscal investment funds.
