33 The amount of these bonds being issued is gradually increasing: 100 billion yen (March 2004), 300 billion yen (June 2004), 500 billion yen (December 2004). It is planned to issue a total of 2 trillion yen's worth of these bonds in FY2005 (500 billion yen x 4 times).
