16 The definition of "continuing operations" and "withdrawing operations" refers to whether companies are or are not in a state of operation. "Withdrawing operations" includes "settling accounts (dissolution, bankruptcy, etc.)" and "decline in the investment ratio (ratio of investment from the Japanese side is between 0% and 10%)."
