17 Looking at the amount of reduction according to municipal population size, it was 310 million yen for municipalities with populations 1 million persons and over, 830 million yen for municipalities with populations between 500,000 to 1 million, 600 million yen for municipalities with populations between 300,000 to 500,000, and 240 million yen for municipalities with populations between 100,000 and 300,000.
