(40) North European and South Korean official asset management companies and Japan's ICRJ are called "corporate restructuring-oriented" AMCs, while the U.S. RTC and others that purchase, manage and sell assets to recover loans are branded as "liquidation-oriented or rapid asset disposition-oriented" AMCs.
