(34) In a review of the enforcement of the guideline on October 29, 2002, a panel on the out-of-court workout guideline confirmed that reasonable exceptions to the requirements in the model reconstruction plan given by the guideline would be tolerated as long as reconstruction plans are sufficiently objective and fair.
