(57) Concrete prospects such as economic growth forecast for FY 2003 and FY 2004 will be clarified in the Government Economic Forecast that will be formulated at the year-end and adopted by the Cabinet, based on the policy measures taken in FY 2004. The purpose of this section is to present reference information and points to note regarding future of the economy based on the information that has been clarified by the beginning of September 2003.
