(90) Forecasts in specific terms, such as estimated economic growth rates for FY2002 and FY2003, will be made available in the "Government Economic Outlook," which will be compiled and approved at the Cabinet meeting at the end of the year after taking into account the economic measures to be implemented in FY2003. Since the purpose of this section is to present information and important points that should be taken into account when forecasting the future of the economy, the analysis here is based on information made available by early October 2002.
