(24) According to Ministry of Finance' s "Financial Statements Statistics of Corporations by Industry, Annual," ordinary profits of all industries in FY2001 fell 21.2% from the previous year, those of the manufacturing industry fell 35.4% and those of the non-manufacturing industry fell 9.3%.
