The business investment function was estimated by size (Large, Medium enterprises or Small and Medium-sized enterprises) and by industry (manufacturing or non-manufacturing) as follows.
All variables except for GDI are already seasonally adjusted. It is assumed that the measurement error term has first-order auto-correlation. Furthermore, the Almon lag is used for CF/K, LD and GDI after including the lag.
