58 In order to determine effects on revenues, we have made a 10% cut in investment costs in the standard financial demand for all of the local governments in regard to the local allocation tax. As for the national treasury disbursement, we have made a 10% cut in disbursement for ordinary construction works expenditure. In respect to local bonds, the sum for ordinary construction works expenditure has been cut by 10%.
