(122) With regard to incorporated companies' entry into medical services in the special districts for structural reform, the "Basic Policies for Economic and Fiscal Management and Structural Reform 2003" says that relevant laws should be revised without delay in order to make it possible to open a hospital or clinic providing advanced medical services at patients' own expense.
