(53) The government called on major banks to dispose, in principle, one half of loans (newly) classified as "in danger of bankruptcy" within a year and a major part (around 80%) of them within two years in order to accelerate the removal of NPLs from the bank' s balance sheet (The government called on them to actively utilize the RCC.
