26 The effect of a change in the structure of occupation caused by expanded service employment on the growth of capital stock through capital equipment ratio will not be so large, as an increase in capital stock caused by an increase in the total number of workers and an expansion of the share of the service industry with low capital equipment ratio offset each other.
